well each team needs to figure it out with the others, so we should just 
let people get it right :-)




I meant it would be great for different teams to promote themselves by
posting to the Users List maybe 1/month. Perhaps the same one each
time or perhaps letting the Users know of some recent victory. It
might also be good to make a general announcement posted to the Users
List to let them know of all the teams but i think such a general
announcement might just be too confusing for people.


I agree, that would be a good idea. Wether we put up a wiki page or just 
post something and perhaps take questions would help us gather new 
volunteers in the mid term. Let's try to implement that around September 
/ October, and even more importantly, let's see how it can be replicated 
for native-language communities who might be interested in getting more 
volunteers and sending more volunteers to the -English speaking- teams 
of the community.

I think the QA team's recent competition was good for building up the community 
spirit.  

People on the User List seem to quite like it when they get invited to join in 
other lists or other teams.  They don't always join in straight away because 
it's a bit intimidating and they seem to think they will need coding skills to 
join in elsewhere.  Obviously posting too often would be annoying.  Perhaps
