Fwd: large number of OpenShift Online gears restarted
If the Fedora magazine was having issues last night this is why. I did not get any emails or text messages so I assume if it did go down it was brief. - Chris Roberts Subject: large number of OpenShift Online gears restarted Hi, all. This is just a heads-up that due to an unfortunate conflict between one of our automated scripts and a configuration change that was pushed last night today, approximately 25% of all the gears in OpenShift Online were killed and restarted today between the hours of 2 AM and 3 PM, some of them multiple times. I would not be surprised if we see an uptick in support issues resulting from this. If you need further details on exactly what happened or whether a particular app was impacted, feel free to raise an issue, but the problem has been resolved, and we do not anticipate any further such incidents. Fedora Marketing meeting #2
Hello everyone, So Flock is over, and because we cancelled the second Marketing meeting, and decided to organize it after Flock (so everyone can make it), now is the time to do so! I have set a new doodle[1] that will help us choose the best date. Remember that doodle gives you the ability to see the time in different time zones, so when vote, change the doodle setting to match your time zone, so you won't be confused(on the right above the yellow screen). Also when voting, please consider that the meeting can take up to 2 hours, so vote accordingly. I know that croberts and mailga were working on the new Marketing Roles wiki page[2], so croberts is something that you would like to add before the meeting? Also I think that you mentioned that you have worked on the meeting agenda, if so, could you add the wiki link of it here? The minutes of the first meeting can be found here[3]. Please vote, because I would like to close the poll in Sunday Evening and announce the best date. I'm going to be at LinuxCon next week -- and, recovering from Flock/Preparing for LinuxCon in the meantime -- so I may mis this. But I really think it's of the highest importance to Fedora 21 success. (I don't doubt that F21 will be basically awesome -- we've gotten good at that. We're just not so great about telling everyone about how great we *are*.) -- Matthew Miller mat...@fedoraproject.org Fedora Project Leader -- marketing mailing list marketing@lists.fedoraproject.org https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/marketing

Yes, Marketing roles and tasks page is only a proposal, it needs some adjustments but I think could be an idea, in order to keep track of users without changes into the Fas. If Chris has already worked to an agenda, I'll add some points, otherwise I'm available to write out one. Thanks.
