A cylindrical vessel of 60 cm in diameter is partially filled with water.
When a sphere of 30 cm in diameter is dropped into this vessel,  the water

Good thought girish sir but it needs lot of effort , co-ordination ,
involvement,  first listout what should be there in this summit, then list
out interested teachers and their field of interest in maths, then assign
them to bring their exhibits or writeups or ideas about a perticular
topics, presentations on vedic maths,  ganitha geethegala vaachana or
gayana, invite famous maths profs and let them to talk about maths or
methods of teaching, then estimation of expnditures , ,.

ಸರ್. ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿತ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಮಾಡಲು ಯೋಜಿಸಿರುವುದು, ಪ್ರಶಂಸನೀಯ ಸಂಗತಿ. ಅದಕೂ
ಮೊದಲು ತಾಲ್ಲೂಕು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿತ ಪರಿಷತ್ ಅನ್ನು ಸಂಘಟನೆ ಮಾಡಿ, ಅ ಮೂಲಕ
ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ  ಮಾನವ ಮತ್ತು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲವನ್ನು ಕ್ರೂಡಿಕರಣ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ
ಎಂದು ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ. ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನವು ಕನಿಷ್ಠ ೨ ದಿನಗಳ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗಾದರು ನಡೆದರೆ ಸೂಕ್ತ.
ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನದಲ್ಲಿ ಗಣಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ವೃತ್ತಿಪರ ಬೆಳವಣಿಗೆಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತ
ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮಗಳನ್ನು ಹಮ್ಮಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ಗಣಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರ ವೃತ್ತಿಜೀವನದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ
ಕಡೆ ಬೆಳಕು ಚೆಲ್ಲುವ ಕಾರ್ಯವಾಗಬೇಕು.

ಮಿತ್ರರೇ,

ಹಾಸನದ ಆಸಕ್ತ ಗಣಿತ ಶಿಕ್ಷಕರು ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ  ಗಣಿತ ಬೋಧಕರ ಬಾಂಧವರೊಂದಿಗೊಡಗೂಡಿ
ಅನಂತದೆಡೆಗೆ ಗಣಿತ ಪತ್ರಿಕೆ ಹೊರತರುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ತಮಗೆಲ್ಲಾ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ.
ಈಗ ಆ ತಂಡವು ಒಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯಮಟ್ಟದ ಗಣಿತ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ಮಾಡಲು ಉತ್ಸುಕವಾಗಿದೆ. ಆ ಸಮಾವೇಶಕ್ಕೆ
ತಾವು ಬರಲೇಬೇಕಾಗಲಿದೆ. ಆ ಸಮಾವೇಶದ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆಗಳನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿಯೇ ನಿರ್ಧಾರ
ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳುವ ಆಲೋಚನೆ ಆಯೋಜಕರಿಗಿದೆ. ಇಡೀ ಸಮಾವೇಶವನ್ನು ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಗಣಿತಮಯವಾಗಿಸಲು ಹಾಗು
ಗಣಿತದ ವಿಶಿಷ್ಟ ಸವಿಯನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರಿಗೂ ಸವಿಯಲು ನೀಡಿ ತನ್ಮೂಲಕ ಅದರ ಬೋಧಕರಿಗೆ ಗಣಿತದ
ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಜಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಚಯಿಸಲು ಅನುಕೂಲವಾಗುವಂತೆ ಆ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ಆಯೋಜನೆ ಗೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕಿದೆ. ಈ
ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಾವು ಈ ಸಮಾವೇಶ ಎಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ಇರಲಿ, ಹೇಗಿರಲಿ, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಏನೇನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಇರಲಿ,
ಎಂಬುದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಈ ಗ್ರೂಪ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಚರ್ಚಿಸಿ, ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯ ಹಂಚಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಿ.

ಹಾಗೊಂದು ಇರುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡೋದು ಅಂತ.

ರಾಜ್ಯ ಗಣಿತ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಇನ್ನೂ ನಮ್ಮಗಳ ಕನಸಿನ ಕೂಸು. ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಶ್ರೀನಿವಾಸ್
ಶೆಟ್ಟರು  ಇದರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾಪಿಸಿದರು.ಮೊನ್ನೆ ಮೊನ್ನೆ ಅನಂತದೆಡೆಗೆ ಪತ್ರಿಕಾ ಮಿತ್ರರು
ಒಂದು ಸುತ್ತಿನ ಚರ್ಚೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದೇವೆ.ನಿಮ್ಮ  ಎಲ್ಲರ ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕ್ರೋಢೀಕರಿಸಿ ನಂತರ
ಅದರ ರೂಪುರೇಷೆ ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಬಲಪಡಿಸುವಾಸೆ
ಈಗಿನ ನಮ್ಮ  ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು. ..
1) ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ or ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್ ತಿಂಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ನಡೆಸುವ ಬಗ್ಗೆ
2) ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಗಣಿತ ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಲಭ್ಯವಾಗಿಸುವುದು
3) ಓರಿಗಾಮಿ ,ಮಾದರಿಗಳ ಲಭ್ಯತೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಚನೆ
4)ತುಂಬಾ ಪ್ರತಿಭಾವಂತ ಗಣಿತಜ್ಞರನ್ನು ಆಹ್ವಾನಿಸುವುದು
5) ಸರಳೀಕೃತ ಬೋಧನೆ ಎಡೆಗೆ ಆಲೋಚನೆ. New approach to teaching
6)ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ಒಂದು ದಿನ ಸಾಕೇ
ಎರಡು ದಿನ ಬೇಕೇ.
7)ಸಮ್ಮೇಳನ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸಂಪನ್ಮೂಲಗಳ ಕ್ರೋಢೀಕರಣ ಹೇಗೆ
8) ಇನ್ನು ಹತ್ತು ಹಲವು ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆಗಳ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತ್ರುತ ಚರ್ಚೆ ಅಗತ್ಯ.
