F1 can't find help, midnight-commander.org down

i am brand new to this list, so forgive me if this has already
been discussed, but for the last two days i have been unable
to load mc's home page https://www.midnight-commander.org

when i hit F1 in mc i get a message that he can't find
/usr/share/mc/help/mc.hlp

curiously, i have a /usr/share/mc/help path, but it is empty

i'm on opensuse, installed mc from yast (4.7.5.1) and i'd have
thought they'd include the help file

anyway i have a cheat sheet and a 2,776 line man page so i'm
in no real pain here, but if there's a mirror where i can get
mc.hlp i'd be grateful to hear about it

This a packaging error. Ask your mc maintainer to fix that.
