Role:  *Resource's role is as functional/technical Order to Cash
consultant to work with the Ecommerce team to integrate ATG (B to C) into

Core Assignment:   Assignment includes assisting with gathering
requirements, assisting in design of the integration of Ecommerce and
Oracle, modify Oracle E-Business configurations as required, testing
support (CRP/UAT), supporting functional design and creating specifications
of interfaces to the table level.  Light training of staff on
functionality.  Approximately 10% of the orders are drop ship.

Assignment (DOE):  Resource will function as junior technical consultant in
the creation of specifications and working with the development team to
ensure the integration and fulfillment of  orders coming from ATG to Oracle
E-Business Suite R12.1.3.

Specific Focal Points:  knowledge of OM, integration with AR and
PO(Especially drop ship functionality), Integration and interface design
(functional/technical spec creation, ability to create technical
specifications at the table level), configurations changes as required.

Required Skill Sets {Skill sets that must be met}

*  ability to communicate with the business with understanding of
the distribution area. Ability to interface with business users,  work with
team to provide solutions and resolve issues and assist with implementing
the solution approved

*  Working knowledge of ecommerce integration points for O to C.
How is an order processed once it comes into Oracle from ATG, helping with
the interface design and ensuring that the order is processed correctly in
Oracle.

* Ability to support validation cycles with users, support creation
of scenarios, and assist with the creation of functional specifications for

* Working knowledge of OM, INV, PO and AR integration functionality

This company is undertaking a major initiative to replace their entire
Voice infrastructure which consists of replacing Legacy voice with Cisco
VOIP across the retail chain for thousands of stores nationwide. It will
allow for a better end user customer experience, as the calls to the
pharmacy will be routed to a call center type environment where pharmacists
will answer customers' questions in an efficient manner. That will free up
time for the pharmacists in the retail stores, and customers that are
physically in the stores will be able to meet with Pharmacists directly.

support person, but a true engineer who has been on the voice

*Develop and maintain manual and automated system test scenarios, scripts
and plans

*Execute manual and automated functional, regression and performance tests,
analyze outcomes and support resolution to successful completion of tests

*Deliver adhoc written and oral presentations related to system testing
