*1.POSITION*

MSCRM business analyst in Teaneck, NJ

JD for this position is

 MANDOTARY : *Microsoft Dynamics CRM/MSCRM*

Must Have Skills:

·         Requires proficiency with business system design/ modeling,
documentation and analysis techniques, and testing methodologies

·         Requires ability to analyze complex business problems, propose
effective solutions and understand and apply business vision and direction

·         Requires ability to apply broad business knowledge and practical
experience to the analysis / solution generation process

·         Requires ability to coordinate system testing cycle, issues
tracking and resolution

·         Requires strong coaching, mentoring, training and facilitation
skills

Desired Skills:

·         Experience in Banking & Finance Industry

·         Previous experience working in an Agile/ Waterfall environment

·         Strong focus on requirements gathering

·         Ideally commercial experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM

·         Strong team player with excellent communication skills.


*2.POSITION*

Test Manager based in Plano, TX

JD for this position is



•          Design Global Test Strategy & Test Plan

•          Work with vendors for designing HOTS (Hand over to support) /
ORT (operational readiness testing) test strategy & plan

•          Overall project plan and Provide daily/weekly status updates to
leadership (includes risk identification & mitigation)

•          Track pre-requisites for testing to completion to ensure
readiness for testing activities

•          Participate in Sector run Test Strategy workshops for sectors

•          Escalate to immediate Leadership/PMO the key testing issues that
impact the program deliverables

•          Review Sector Test Strategy & Test Plans

•          Define defect severity guidelines and SLAs for defect-fix
turnaround

•          Manage Global sectors for System Integration Testing,
Performance Testing & HOTS (ORT) activities and resources for each waves

•          Determine recommendations on testing tools (ie, handle requests
coming in from sectors on testing tools)
