At least 10+ years’ experience, The IT Support Delivery Manager is
responsible for managing the delivery of an efficient and effective IT
support

The remit of this role also extends to oversight of external client facing
systems.

The post holder will work closely with the Global Services & Support
Director of IT to identify, recommend and implement cost effective support
solutions including on-going end user systems training & usability matters
across the organization. The position requires strong managerial skills, a
deep commitment to end-user satisfaction and experience in driving process
improvement.
