Expected Skills: Able to work without assistance; can provide leadership to
others; able to manage highly complex work efforts; may have advanced
education; may have extensive industry experience.
Candidates must possess a thorough knowledge of programming techniques,
programming languages, and the capabilities and limitations of computer ;
thorough knowledge of the principles of computer programming, testing,
debugging, implementation, and documentation; demonstrated experience with
analysis and design; effective oral and written communication skills;
ability to establish and maintain good working relationships; strong
analysis and programming skills; ability to resolved highly complex
problems; also, experience with the following: COBOL, CICS, DB2, TSO, WEB
SERVICE development, IBM z/Operating System, JCL, CA DB2 Products, ENDEVOR,
SQL, VSAM, MICROSOFT Office Suite. Exposure to DMV systems is a plus.
