Leads the process of defining the requirements, principles and models to guide all solution decisions for the SAP enterprise. *a. **Analyze the existing SAP implementation ( ongoing) review HW, sizing, applications and business requirements * *b. **Develop road maps describing the evolution of all enterprise solution portfolios from current state to future state* *c. **Analyze SAP technology industry and market trends, and determine their potential impact on the enterprise. * *3. **Provides hands-on Functional expertise in various areas of FI/HCM including Public Sector Vertical experience preferred & Knowledge of Supply Chain Management:*** *a. **Serves as a Subject Matter Expert and trusted advisor to several Clients on Implementation Strategy, Solution Design, Scope Management and Risk Management* *b. **Work closely with the enterprise program management office (EPMO) or project office to ensure alignment of plans (including migration plans and road maps) with what is being delivered (projects).* *c. **Define models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions for the enterprise.* *d. **Assist with governance activities associated with ensuring ESA and, thus, EA compliance.* e. *Consult with application or infrastructure development projects to harmonize systems or infrastructure with the ESA, and identify when it is necessary to modify the solution architecture to accommodate project needs.* 4.
