·         Candidates who are in US IT Staffing with extensive experience.
·         Responsible for handling End to End Recruitment process
·         He must be able to work as per US Eastern Standard Time Zone
·         He must be able to use their experience to meet the targets set
by the management.
·         The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of experience in the
US Staffing Industry.
·         Should have good experience in working with Implementing Partners
·         Should have worked with Citizens and Green Card holders .
·         Should understand the US taxation terms such as W2, Corp-Corp and
1099.
·         Use traditional and creative sourcing methods to identify high
quality candidates for client's needs:
·         internal database searches and online searches to source resumes
on all technologies.
·         Responsible for screening candidates to ensure their
