Title: MDM Data Analyst posted on 2013-12-05 10:47:07 Job Description:Position: MDM Data Analyst Location: SFO CA Duration: 12+ months Job Description: The deliverables for the Data Analysts in a software development project includes data assessment/profiling, data quality, data validation, source-to-target mappings for application software, data migration and integration, and test support. Should have good experience in Master Data Management (MDM) Major Responsibilities: Ability to analyze data in legacy applications to determine data migration/integration complexity, to identify data gaps against new requirements or conflicts across multiple legacy applications Develop source-to-target mapping documents by analyzing data content and physical data structures in the legacy and downstream applications. Develop mappings to enable data migration, application integration, and/or SOA environment. Participate in test script development and execution to verify fidelity of data movement Support application go-live with a focus on data readiness during integration/migration and post production period.
