Job Description:*Position: SAP QA Analyst*
*Location: Chesterbrook, PA*
*Duration: 6 months*

*Communication is key for this role.   Need strong oral and written skills*

Consultant will provide services to support quality delivery of an
existing *SAP
implementation*. Work will consist of tasks to provide independent
verification and validation of solution delivery. The consultant will
perform quality assurance of a variety of software development deliverables
and work directly with the process team based testers on those projects.
Tasks may include:

1.Review of Design Documents, validation of proper requirements
mapping, definition of key business scenarios and variants.  Consultant
documents results and works directly with process team to resolve
shortcomings.
2.Review of Key Technical Design Documents, validation of
proper unit test and test conditions. Consultant documents results and
provides feedback to assist technical design teams to resolve shortcomings.
3.Review of Test Plans, risk assessment, validation of proper
requirements coverage, verification that project standards for Test Plans
are met.  Consultant documents results and works directly with design team
to resolve shortcomings.
4.Review of selected test scripts, verification that project
standards are met. Consultant documents results and provides feedback to
assist the test writers  to resolve shortcomings.
5.Review of selected test executions, verification that project
standards are met. Consultant documents results and provides feedback to
assist the process team  to resolve shortcomings.
6.Review of selected defect records, verification that project
standards are met. Consultant documents results and provides feedback to
assist the appropriate parties  to resolve shortcomings.
7.Assists in preparation of UAT process, reviews UAT test
scripts, documents results and provides feedback to assist the *UAT*
coordinators
to resolve shortcomings.
8.Performs third party oversight and/or individual detailed
risk assessments of test execution; documents discrepancies and works with
other technical associates on the resolution of the discrepancies.
9.Participates in project inspections throughout project life
cycle.
10. Responsible to participate in creation and provide maintenance
support of documentation to support processes and/or applications.
11. Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures and safety
rules and regulations.
12. Performs related duties as assigned.

*MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:*
1.Demonstrated experience with HP Quality Center, and
familiarity with Test Director, WinRunner or Quick Test Pro or equivalent
testing tools.
2.Strong knowledge of relevant technology, tools and software;
knowledge of SAP, and at least one other commercial environment.
3.Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills; excellent
relationship building skills
4.Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
5.Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
6.Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail
7.Ability to resolve system issues effectively and efficiently
8.Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet
deadlines
