The SharePoint Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and testing SharePoint based products that support critical business processes. Knowledge of SharePoint 2010/13 architecture and API model should provide candidate the ability to know how and when to best use the required technical components and communicate this decision effectively within the development team. Under the direction of the Senior SharePoint Developer, this position will interact with other development team members to aid the design & development process to meet prioritized business requirements. The candidate will collaborate with team members to establish development standards and opportunities and effectively share knowledge with others. Job Requirements: (e.g. what skills/experience will an ideal candidate need to have): First and foremost, the candidate must be an excellent Developer who loves SharePoint. The SharePoint Developer must understand large enterprise solution development and have the ability to convert business and technical requirements to effectively develop solutions using the most advantageous and appropriate technologies.
