Please let me know do you have any consultant for this requirement 45 C2C Max 18+ Months West Des Moines, IA Job Classification: Systems QA Analyst Position Description: Experience Level: Bachelor's degree plus 7-10 years related experience PLEASE READ: This is for a Stress, Performance and Load (SPL) Test Engineer in the Lending Quality Assurance (LQA) organization, who will responsible for: the creation, customization, and maintenance of performance test scripts and libraries; evaluation, analysis and documentation of the performance of tested enterprise applications; providing feedback to project team and management for current and future reference. Provide technical guidance to LQA peers, developers and architects regarding the implementation of performance automation during the testing phase of new/modified code. Develop and maintain performance library with focus on potential reuse. Create clear documentation to scripts for the benefit of peers who are not involved in the scripts' creation. Collaborate with support teams, architects, and developers on analyzing performance test results. Report findings constructively to application owners and to management in accordance with the LQA SPL team's process. This is a highly specialized role requiring proven enterprise experience with scripting in the HP Performance Center (LoadRunner) performance tool. QUALIFICATIONS a.. Proven ability to comprehend complex, enterprise systems including front-ends, middleware, services layer, database, back-end and downstream vendors. b.. Enterprise experience using HP Performance Center (LoadRunner) 9.x. c.. Working knowledge of the following LoadRunner protocols: Web, Web Services, .NET, J2EE, Oracle, PowerBuilder d.. Demonstrated experience in developing, debugging, documenting and maintaining performance test scripts. e.. Experience working collaboratively with business analysts, development and quality assurance colleagues. f.. Demonstrated ability to work independently. g.. Provide technical guidance to LQA peers, developers and architects regarding the implementation of performance automation during the testing phase of new/modified code. Gather non-functional requirements from the application owners. Build Master Test Plan for application under test. Work with Enterprise environment owners to schedule windows and resources (infrastructure, system, application, middleware, vendors) for test execution. Collaborate with support teams, architects, and developers on analyzing performance test results. Coordinate and lead meetings for information gathering, test execution and results analysis. Report findings constructively to application owners and to management in accordance with the LQA SPL team's process. Provide weekly status against MTP milestones to Release Coordinator, highlighting success or risk. This is a challenging growth position requiring an experienced candidate who works as part of a larger team effort.
