Excellent verbal communication skills. Broad knowledge of SAP ERP with business acumen and ability to diagnose and research problems and escalate issues. Prior experience testing SAP applications. HP Quality Center and Utility industry experience a plus. Technical acumen to research problems helpful. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
