*Role: Salesforce.com Consultant* *Location: Columbus, OH* *Duration – 6+ month* *Interview Process – Face to Face* Candidate must have experience setting up Salesforce Communities and setting up an organization to run Salesforce for the first time. Core development is also a must with Apex and visual force. Our client plans to modernize its IT environment by moving many of its applications to Salesforce. The client is a legacy .NET shop so internal staff will be required to learn Salesforce in order to provide ongoing support, maintenance and enhancements *Break down of work* • New Development/Maintenance – 30-40% - independent development work • Training/Mentoring – 40-50% - educating client's IT team on Salesforce and assisting with development activity assigned to client staff • Standards/Contract Review – 10-20% - help establish standards for Salesforce development at client and assist with review of design/development work of client contracted Salesforce integrators • Currently the client has six .NET developers, and two Business Analysts.
