Experience installing, integrating and running Docker containers •
Configuring the Jenkins continuous integration server • Automating Java
application builds using tools such as Ant and Maven • Using Git and Gerrit
distributed source code control • Experience installing, integrating and
running Docker containers • Splunk power user and ability to create
dashboards

*Job Title : Senior DevOps Engineer*

*located :Downtown Chicago, IL.  *
*Job Title : 12 month contract with extensions.*

*•Product release management for UAT and production environments *
*•Application and server monitoring in production and UAT
environments *
*•Log aggregation and support of log mining tools for gathering
usage statistics *
*•Troubleshooting, analysis and support for apps in Test, UAT and
production environments *
*•Work with development staff to build and manage continuous
integration platform *
*•Establish DevOps model for various departments *
*•Work with business partners to establish standard DR and Security
tests *
*•On-board/ train and support developers from source control,
through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment
based on tools.*

*Experience:*
*• Expert experience (10+ years)*
*• Windows Server (2012 and above highly preferred) *
*• Expert level understanding of IIS, .NET Framework (including
ASP.Net, VB.Net), SQL Server and build automation and configuration
management tools a plus (Puppet)*
*• Experience with continuous delivery and continuous deployment of
environments (CDI – Continuous Delivery Integration) (TFS Team Build,
Jenkins)*
*• Experience with Powershell  highly preferred or VBScript, WMI
(Dos Batch files) *
*• Experience utilizing issue tracking systems, JIRA highly
preferred (Assembla, Axosoft, Gemini, Jixee)*
*• A strong technical foundation in build, release and environments
management. *
*• Ability to code and script to support automation *
*• Experience with Systems Administration and IT operations *
*• Strong grasp of automation tools, Puppet highly preferred (Chef,
Salt, etc) *
*• Experience with relational database management systems such as
MySQL, and SQL Server*
*• Experience with source code control (TFS, Git)*
