Please go through the below requirement and send me your best candidates resume along with rate and contact details. *Title*: Senior User Acceptance Testing (UAT) *Location*: Saint Louis, MO *Duration*: 18 Months *Rate*: Will Discuss Later *Role*: The Senior User Acceptance Testing (UAT) role will support the forward movement of business initiatives by partnering with business teams, technology delivery teams and project management as part of the day to day activities for User Acceptance Testing. The Senior UAT role will be responsible for overseeing business application testing and validation for applications supported by the Automation Solutions Team. The Senior UAT role will: - Work with other testing resource to design and develop testing best practices for the team. - Provide testing assistance/training to other members of the Automation Solutions Team and to UAT testing participants. - Review and approve Master Test Plans. - Review requirements to confirm testability. - - Plan, organize, estimate and execute UAT activities. These activities would include: o Test planning o Use Case and Test Case development o Identification and gathering of data for test case execution o Test case execution o UAT progress reporting and defect tracking o Implementation validation and post implementation support *Qualifications*: 5-8 years experience in a testing role using Software Development Life Cycle processes - Excellent planning and organizational skills. - 2 years experience using the Quality Center Test Tool for defect tracking and reporting. - Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to communicate across organizations, across organizational levels and within teams. - Strong influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills - Ability to multitask in a highly complex, fast paced environment. - Must be a team player and willing to help others as needed to make the team/release successful. *Preferred Qualifications*: - Previous brokerage and/or financial services - Previous experience with Asset Movement or Account Management applications - Experience working on workflow integration projects. -- *Thanks & Regards* *Raman M* *REASONSOURCETECH.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MCMS" group.
