Experience with integration servers, specifically, experience with Software
AG webMethods Integration Server product
Experience with message brokers, specifically, experience with Software AG
webMethods Broker Server product
Experience with adapters, specifically, experience with Software AG
webMethods JDBC adapters
Experience with development framework/technologies, specifically, knowledge
of TMF (Transaction Monitoring Frame work), XML/XSLT, J2EE development, Web
Services and UNIX shell scripting
Experience in middleware software installation, configuration, tuning and
administration, as well as experience with application development,
specifically, experience with the Software AG webMethods Enterprise Service
Bus (ESB) product suite
Experience in structured methodologies for the design, development,
implementation and maintenance of applications with development
framework/technologies, specifically Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA)
Demonstrated knowledge and working experience in both RedHat Linux and
Windows OS environment
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Takes ownership of assignments, working with minimal direct supervision
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal, organizational and facilitation skills

* Requires at least 3-7 years of experience and with a strong understanding
of webMethods Integration Server, Broker,
* Requires an understanding of the basic networking , unix/Linux  .
Must have experience in tomcat, apache and other Middleware technologies.
Must have strong technical understanding of different application server
configurations.
Must have experience in application server performance tuning.Good to have
My WebMethods Server, Reverse HTTP Gateway, SSL Certificates, ,Process
Engine, Task Engine, JMS Broker, JDBC Adapter, CentraSite, Mediator.
