This is for a v. simple web page displaying content in a gallery with the same web page also used on the live web. Any links on the open web, should not work on the locked-down gallery display of the same page: no swiping, no access to native OS shortcuts etc. The main iPad buttons can be assumed to be physically inaccessible. Accessibility controls in iPad can lock the iPad to one application. I have used this in Kiosks to run a single app. It?s meant for teachers and parents, but it is adaptable and can be used to do things Kiosk Pro can?t? and vice versa, so consider both. Cheers, tod

Actually, that?s a good point. We use Kiosk Pro and then turn on accessibility controls to lock the iPad to that one application and disable the menu/power buttons. This is an alternative to using something like Apple Configurator.
