Hi, I own a Sony MZ-R2 player, and I've had it for about 3 years. I've
started to notice the problem that I've heard of - the spring is starting to
wear down, or something like that; either way, I get "Disc err" sometimes.
How much should repairing this cost?
Also, when I record an MP3 onto the player, it creates seemingly random
tracks - one MP3 took up 5 tracks. How do I fix this?
Lastly, I just want to check how the recording volume works - I goto manual
record mode, hit pause, and turn up the recording volume, unpause, and
record, and it should make the recording louder, right?
