I ordered some Hi-Space MDs from them. It took seven days for them to
arrive. The Hi-Space MDs came in clear plastic storage boxes (holding
20MDs each), and two of the boxes were cracked. I sent mail to their
customer service and they phoned me back in about an hour. The guy
seemed nice on the phone, and said they will talk to their courier
(Canpar) and also send me some replacement boxes.
They definitely have good prices (although limited selection), and I
haven't found anywhere in the States that's cheaper to order from (I'm
in Canada).
