- Decent PC-MD link for portables (including USB 4x transfer...) That was what I've been thinking. Only if this is really going to be anywhere as good as last year, simple 4x transfer and USB won't cut it. How about a crossover between MD Audio and MD Data. An internal drive that could record audio from mp3/wma/cd/wav/etc. at 16x. It could also save data and therefore compete with both CD burners and/or Zip drives. And let's not forget auto track marking and titling. Just a thought. I'd love a PDA with MD as its storage medium. It's really quite a good idea. From: Eric Woudenberg, Minidisc.org Editor I heard from a friend inside Sony Electronics US that they nearly went through the roof the day they saw it. Sony was busy working on their first PDA at the time (it's now out), and the spoof came through like "Here's what that PDA *OUGHT* to look like guys! Hope yours isn't *boring* compared to this!"
