Hi, I was in the Saturn on Moenckebergstrasse in Hamburg today and spotted some pretty good blank deals. (Please tell me if they're always this cheap, it was the first time I was in there.) 15 DM for a 5-pack of colored TDKs (5 differently colored disks in each pack) struck me as pretty good. The colors might not be as pretty as Sony's, but not annoying as the BASF yellow. :) Plus they've got better labels. 17 DM for a 5-pack of colored Sony blanks I think, but I'm not sure. 38 DM for 10 Sony "Premium" blanks (dark-blue translucent top) plus one piece of that silver plastic "Tower System" rack thingy of theirs. I held the Sony R-90 in my hands for the first time today. Damnit, is that thing small ! I also saw a player from Lenco for 222 DM, the cheapest I have seen yet. BTW, what do german MD users buy when it comes to computer-printable labels ? What software do you use ?
