get one of those strings that keeps the glasses from getting lost when you
take them off. (Like the telephone mittens your mom made you wear when you
were a kid.) Some of the strings are thick enough and have a knitted tubing
that fits over the glasses ear hooks and you can conceal a mike in those.
There are at least two sizes of mike elements, one is 3/8 " diameter and the
other is about half that size. You can see both types in use in these
pictures.
