Hi,

just saw this on the c't news-ticker (it's in german):

    http://www.heise.de/newsticker/data/cm-25.01.00-000/

BMG Entertainment has released two CDs that are protected by
"Cactus Data Shield" from http://www.midbartech.com and
http://www.sonopress.de. Apparently playing and grabbing those
CDs on PCs is not possible. One person even had problems
playing them on a two year old CD player ! c't is currently
testing if S/P-DIF output on CD players is affected as well.
BMG has admitted "certain problems" with the protection and
has stopped releasing new CDs with protection for now.

Alexander Dietrich -> Who the hell are these people,
to tell me where to play my CDs ?
