Re: MD: Skipping of home recorded discs

I had this problem (still do) but only for certain disks. I also had problems when recording from a digital source where it added loads of trackmarks and did not copy correctly. I thought it was dodgy discs at the time but after reading a lot of replies from the people on the list here I am inclined to believe that its the Equipment that could be doing damage to the disc. dont know how/why or how to stop it. The disks that have the problems also play fine on my portable (MZR-91) but my Deck (Sony S-38) Id say has seen its final days. (It also has the phantom eject glitch) Sorry I could not of been any help but at least you know your not the only one with that problem. RE: MD: Skipping of home recorded discs
The exact same thing happened with one of my previous portable players. Eventually I went for another model, and it went away. The skipping is not normal. I have only found it on one recorder, and never again. Gerard Naude E-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] - To stop getting this list send a message containing just the word unsubscribe to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
