Kelihatannya mailbox databasenya corrupt (umumnya karena AV desktop), coba 
exit dari email client dan restart email client, kalau belum berhasil 
create account profile baru dan gunakan mailbox utility repair untuk 
recovery mailbox yang rusak.


Apakah yang dimaksud "mailbox utility repair" adalah sebuah tool dari pihak 
ketiga yang harus saya cari lagi toolnya?, ataukah ini sudah ada dalam

Baru update antivirus di client?

Disable saja AV scan for mail di AV desktop



atau ubah setting POP3 profilenya ke POP3s (secure POP3) dan smtps 
(secure SMTP) agar otomatis mail tidak discan oleh AV desktop.
