Pak mohon saran nya, apabila user POP3 semua data inbox dan sent itemnya ke 
hapus, apakah ada cara untuk menariknya kembali?.

fyi : user tidak set leave copy on server, tidak mengaktifkan fitur backup di 
MDaemon server.

already installed.
  4. After files are copied and the conversions have run (if necessary),

2. Kalau soal 1 jawabnya ya : maka  apakah nanti perlu ada beberapa 
file/folder yang harus dikopi

   lagi ke C:\MDAEMON secara manual?
4. Apa resikonya kalau "Backup entire MDaemon directory structure" tidak 
dilakukan?

3. Apa tidak cukup eksekusi menu : File > Backup Configurations Files ?

Kan sudah disampaikan diatas bahwa penyebabnya adalah authoritative DNS
server itochu.co.in down, dan karena yang mengelola DNS server itu dia
sendiri (bukan ISP), jadi ya sepenuhnya salah dia.

Akan tetapi saat ini  domainnya sudah bisa diresolve.

(8.8.8.8/8/8.8.4.4), Ultra DNS (156.154.70.1/156.154.71.1) atau GTEI DNS
(4.2.2.1, 4.2.2.2, 4.2.2.3, 4.2.2.4, 4.2.2.5, 4.2.2.6)
