Kemarin saya coba pakai smtp.gmail.com untuk test apakah hanya dari smtp
kami yg bermasalah apa gimana.
Saya sudah laporkan ke isp ip-ip yg "bersebelahan" dan memang ternyata
kualitasnya poor :

[x] Send all email directly first, and then to smart hosts if there are
problems

This option is a combination of the previous two delivery options. First
MDaemon will attempt to deliver outbound email directly to the server,
but if it is unable to deliver it, it will instead send the email to the
domain's Smart Host or to the Default Smart Host specified below.
Undeliverable mail is email destined for hosts that could not be
resolved to an actual IP address (such as an unregistered gateway to a
remote network) or email destined for a host that was resolved properly
but could not be connected to directly or is refusing direct
connections. Rather than return such mail to its sender, this option
causes MDaemon to pass the message off to a more powerful MTA. Sometimes
the mail system run by your ISP may have routed methods of mail delivery
to which your local server may not have direct access. If, however, a
message cannot be delivered to the designated smart host then it will be
moved to into the retry system and MDaemon will continue to attempt to
deliver it according to the parameters and time intervals that you set
on the Retry Queue screen of the Mail Queues dialog. At each subsequent
delivery attempt, MDaemon will again first try to deliver the message
directly to its recipient and then to the designated smart host.

ayanaresort.com, apakah berhasil kirim?

Sebaiknya sih selalu pakai akun didomain sendiri bukan pakai free
account agar kalau ada masalah langsung tahu duluan dibanding user,
tidak usah nunggu complaint dari user.
Free account hanya digunakan untuk keperluan testing saja.

Kalau dari info diatas mestinya ada attachment itu.

Coba diperiksa message sizenya, mestinya lebih dari 10KB.
Kemungkinan is body text tidak tampil dengan benar karena email client
yang dipakai recipient salah decode (wrong parsing).
Coba diganti saja secara manual "character encoding" di email client
sampai tampil isi body text dengan benar.

Mestinya Anda konsentrasi keperbaikan ini dulu agar yang penting kirim
mail ke live.com beres.
User sebenarnya tidak terlalu peduli mail dikirim secara direct atau
lewat smarthost, yang penting mail cepat sampai dengan selamat di
recipient mailbox.

Info diatas menginformasikan ada sebagian IP yang bertetangga dengan IP
yang digunakan MDaemon Anda masuk dalam daftar black list, sehingga IP
Anda ikut terkena block.

Sudah terupdate, hanya saja belum sampai di DNS servernya hotmail.com.
Kalau saja bisa kirim lewat smarthost tentunya akan terkirim dengan baik.

Error ini muncul karena server SNT0-MC2-F9.Snt0.hotmail.com tidak bisa
resolve FQDN/PTR server Anda, dengan perkataan lain ubahan PTR belum
sampai ke DNS resolver mereka.

Sayangnya smarthost smtp.biz.net.id tidak bisa dihubungi sehingga

Coba konsultasikan dengan ISP mengenai kualitas koneksi Internet Anda.
