Selamat sore, Ada kejadian konyol di tempat kami sore ini, smoga ada jalan keluarnya. Begini ceritanya pak : salah satu user melaporkan email di inboxnya hilang semua Setelah ditelusuri ada salah setting di outlooknya yang seharusnya di setting POP3 malah yang dipilih IMAP. Sebelum kejadian salah satu support mendelete email ybs untuk dijadikan email alias, dipikirnya email semua sudah tertarik ke computer. Tidak taunya setting di mail client IMAP, yang terjadi email semuanya hilang. APakah ada cra untuk mengembalikan email yg hilang ini pak.
