[MDaemon-L] Sebagian recipent tidak menerima email
Mail dari MX back masuk ke server Anda lewat smtp atau domainpop? Coba minta ke pengelola MX backup untuk periksa silang log mail dari pa...@yunphos.com ke fanny.e...@indokemika.co.id barangkali tercatat masuk lewat server itu. MX backup saya menggunakan CBN, nanti akan coba saya konfirmasi ke mereka. Akan tetapi, apabila ada email yg ternyata lewat MX backup, apakah tidak akan bisa masuk ke server saya seperti contoh kasus saya ini? Kalau seperti ini, artinya bisa jadi semua email yg lewat MX backup bisa tidak diterima oleh yg punya mailbox. Apakah Anda mengaktifkan mail archive atau user itu mengaktifkan IMAP filter di webmail? Keduanya pakai Content filter engine. Sampai saat ini saya blm juga mengaktifkan mail archive dan user tidak menaktifkan IMAP server. Pertanyaan saya, apabila mail archive diaktifkan, apakah bisa terjadi hal2 seperti ini? kenapa? karena saya ada wacana untuk seluruh data email akan dipindahkan ke SAN dan akan mengaktifkan mail archive tersebut. Maksudnya di antispam log tidak ada tercatat transaksi mail itu? Bagaimana dengan antivirus log?
