Kalau diaktifkan, periksa ke routing log untuk cari tahu nama file yang
disimpan di folder \\mdaemon\users\indomarco.co.id\edi-kiyadi\.msg
untuk mail yang diterima dari om...@indomarco.co.id.
Setelah itu periksa ke POP3 log tanggal 2015-01-13 setelah jam 14:16:43,
file .msg di retrieve jam berapa oleh IP mana.

Ini kasus baru atau kasus lama (tidak bisa masuk kalau sender pakai
format HTML)?
Kalau kasus baru buat thread baru saja dengan compose new mail.

Kalau recipient mengaktifkan Antivirus RealTime scanning for mail bisa
terjadi mail itu tidak di retrieve oleh email client.
AV terbaru bukan hanya ada fitur realtime scanning tetapi juga antispam,
