Ini masalah koneksi ke DNS server yang jadi acuan MDaemon.
Coba test dari MDaemon server sbb:

kalau hasilnya gagal, restart internet router/firewall dan test lagi.
Jika hasilnya ok, dan mail tersebut masih ada di retry queue maka
lakukan retry to send secara manual (dari MDconfig menu queues | Process
Retry Queue)

Sudah baik/normal koneksinya.

Artinya sudah terkirim ke smarthost.
Bisa diperiksa lebih teliti ke smtp-out log untuk cari tahu kapan
terkirim ke smarthost smtp.telkom.net.
Kalau baru beberapa menit yl ya sabar saja, tetapi kalau sudah sejak
kemarin maka perlu bantuan pengelola smarthost untuk mencheck apakah
mail sudah diteruskan atau belum.

Kalau recipientnya bukan public domain (macam gmail.com, yahoo.co.id
dls) maka sender bisa mengaktifkan return delivery receipt saat kirim
mail, dengan demikian saat mail diterima oleh final receiver akan dapat
mail konfirmasi bahwa mail sudah diterima server tersebut.
Jadi tidak perlu mengganggu pengelola smarthost terus-2x an.

[MDaemon-L] Email slow, Active Session full, Worldclient cannot login

Semangat Pagi Pak Syafril..

Pagi ini worldclient tidak bs login biasanya krn penumpukan IMAP di Active 
Session (sampe scroll 2 layar)

dan biasanya aku freeze semua activitas dan stop service
setelah itu aku coba start mdaemon lagi. Dan biasanya solve.

Tapi pagi ini tidak solve.
Masih terjadi penumpukan di Active Session
dan Worldclient tidak bisa login.
sy coba utk shutdown MDaemon tapi tertulis di Taskbar Program status NOT 
RESPONDING

sy tunggu status tetap tidak berubah dan terkesan stuck di Mdaemon menu.
terpaksa sy END TASK MDaemon program.
Sy lihat service masih aktif semua (MDaemon, MSpamD, CFEngine dkk)
Sy coba matikan service dari WorldAdmin juga tidak bs
terpaksa lakukan jalan pintas, End Task CFEngine.exe
alhasil, terdapat error (terlampir)

Setelah shutdown computer, sy coba aktifkan kembali MDaemon.
Active session sudah normal (1layar tidak penuh)
POP3, SMTP, IMAP no problem.
Worldclient sudah bisa dipanggil tapi tetap tidak bisa login sampai email 
ini turun.


Mohon pencerahan apa yg hr sy lakukan spy Worldclient bs aktif kembali?
Panik mode ON.

Itu sudah sy pastikan tercentang pak..
malah sempat sy coba klik RESTART Worldclient-nya
walhasil.. MDaemon hank menu blank dan client tidak bs cek mail dari 
manapun.

dan sudah sampai sy restart Windows-nya.

Ini setelah sy restart lg, sy coba di server utk bs browse ke worldclient, 
bisa login tapi masih proses loading luamaaa puooolll...

Non aktifkan initial check di worldclient.
Edit \\mdaemon\worldclient\domains.ini

[Default:UserDefaults]
SkipInitialMailCheck=Yes

Lalu periksa koneksi darimana saja yang akses ke MDaemon server.

c:\ netstat -aon | more

atau

c:\ netstat -a -b -n | more

sehingga server jadi sibuk.

Itu karena Anda tangannya jail, mengubah setting MDaemon :-)

Ini yang jadi penyebab mail lama masuk, akibat Anda mengaktifkan
greylisting.

kalau mengaktifkan greylisting pertama kali memang akan lama terimanya,
nanti setelah beberapa hari (+/- 10 hari) barulah mail masuk akan lebih
cepat walau tidak secepat normal.
