Ya benar yang ini.
Nampaknya sudah diperbaiki setting autoforward di server
gw02.sosi.co.jp, hanya masih salah script sedikit sehingga ditujukan ke
domain yang salah walau hostnya sudah benar.

Sama, hanya saja IOS9 mengharuskan leave copy message on server forever.

Pada dasarnya semua IOS devices tidak mendukung POP3, hanya kenal IMAP.
Akan tetapi banyak "poor people" (orang susah) yang memaksa pakai POP3
sehingga dibuatlah emulasinya, sekalipun banyak masalah yang muncul setelah
dipakai.

Dengan semakin berkembangnya protocol IMAP dan tidak pernah dikembangkan
lagi protocol POP3, semakin banyak masalah pakai POP3.

This issue usually starts if one of the devices/computers that was setup
with this email account has been configured to remove a copy of emails on
the server. If this is the case, the customer will need to check the
settings of all the devices and computers that are running this email
account.

iOS leaves messages on the POP3 server by default. iOS never stores email
permanently, whether POP3 or IMAP. If they are removed from the server by
another device then this issue can occur.

A test that you may want to do to confirm this is to have the customer
produce the error by opening one affected mail on the iOS device, and then
locate that specific email on his webmail. If not found, then the device is
behaving as expected. If found, please try to forward it to the same mailbox
and see if the same issue occurs.

SPF forwarding (SRS).

Sama, hanya saja IOS9 mengharuskan leave copy message on server forever.

Pada dasarnya semua IOS devices tidak mendukung POP3, hanya kenal IMAP.
Akan tetapi banyak "poor people" (orang susah) yang memaksa pakai POP3
sehingga dibuatlah emulasinya, sekalipun banyak masalah yang muncul
setelah dipakai.

Dengan semakin berkembangnya protocol IMAP dan tidak pernah dikembangkan
lagi protocol POP3, semakin banyak masalah pakai POP3.
IOS itu bukan untuk "orang susah", tinggalkan POP3 selalu pakai IMAP
jika pakai IOS device.

This issue usually starts if one of the devices/computers that was setup
with this email account has been configured to remove a copy of emails
on the server. If this is the case, the customer will need to check the
settings of all the devices and computers that are running this email
account.

iOS leaves messages on the POP3 server by default. iOS never stores
email permanently, whether POP3 or IMAP. If they are removed from the
server by another device then this issue can occur.

A test that you may want to do to confirm this is to have the customer
produce the error by opening one affected mail on the iOS device, and
then locate that specific email on his webmail. If not found, then the
device is behaving as expected. If found, please try to forward it to
the same mailbox and see if the same issue occurs.

Kalau pakai ISO-2022-JP atau JIS (keduanya adalah Double byte Character
set) selalu pakai HTML format, karena character set itu tidak mendukung
plain-text.
Dan agar bisa memilih itu maka upgrade Activesync Anda ke versi 12.1
keatas (versi terakhir 14.1)

Pilihan lain jangan bolehkan user Iphone dengan OS IOS 9.x, kalau pakai
IOS versi itu maka selalu gunakan UTF-8 character set, tidak boleh lagi
pakai ISO-2022-JP atau JIS.
