[MDaemon-L] Activesync windows phone

Saya sering ada masalah terima email kadang ada 1 atau 2 email tidak masuk, 
saya pakai activesync di windowsphone. Apakah ini masalah signal atau 
windowsphone nya.

Beberapa akun di server kami di set autoforward dari mail server kolega
bisnis kami. tapi ada error berikut. Mohon bantuannya pak

[MDaemon-L] Tidak dapat kirim email

Sy ada problem waktu sending email, ke alamat email luar ( yahoo, gmail, atau 
email dgn domain selain domain internet kami).

Sebelumnya DNS sempat stop, namun setelah di restart, semuanya email kembali 
normal. Namun tidak lama terjadi masalah hanya di 1 server mail . sementara 
server mail yang lain dapat terima dan kirim email dengan normal

Saat dicoba telnet ke smart host port 25 , dari server ini tidak dapat connect, 
tapi dari server mail lain dapat terhubung.

Apakah masalah sewaktu dns sempat stop masih ada pak ?
