Periksa ke local queue, apakah messagenya masih tersangkut disitu.
Kalau tidak ada, periksa contentfilter log dan antivirus log.

Kami tidak menggunakan SSL wildcard Pak, sehingga percuma meski pengalihannya 
via dns, url nya kan tidak berubah, sehingga https nya tetap tidak memiliki 
certificate.

Kalau dari smtp-in log mail diterima dengan baik.
Jika recipient tidak menerima di inbox folder, periksa ke spam folder di email
client dan webmail.
Kaalau tidak ketemu juga, periksa ke routing log.
