Ini temporary rejection karena terlalu banyak open session connection
pada saat yang sama.
Gmail apps melakukan pencegahan agar server mereka tidak crashed.

karena tidak menyalahi SMTP Credential Matching.

Bisa minta tolong analisa log error kami dari ticketing system dimana ada
setting untuk SMTP.

Sebelumnya berjalan normal hingga ketika akun infra.supp...@dima.co.id
  terjadi pergantian password saat kami
sesuaikan settingan di aplikasi ticketing kami terdapat error  "Failed
connect to the SMTP server" padahal jika akun tersebut digunaan untuk
setting POP3 pada aplikasi ticketing tersebut sukses dan login dari webmail
juga bisa.

 

Berikut SMTP config pada aplikasi ticketing kami:

Server: mail.dima.co.id  

Email Address: infra.supp...@dima.co.id  

Display Name: Default SMTP account

Encryption: None (sudah test SSL & TLS)

Server Port: 25 (sudah test pakai 465 & 587)

SMTP Auth Username: infra.supp...@dima.co.id
  

SMTP Auth Password:  

 

Berikut POP3 config pada aplikasi ticketing kami:

Server: mail.dima.co.id  

Encryption: none

Server Port: POP3

Login Username: infra.supp...@dima.co.id  

Login Password: 

 

Kami tes SMTP auth dengan user yg lain tapi ternyata errornya sama yakni
"Failed connect to the SMTP server"

 

Selanjutnya test dengan SMTP auth ke server selain Mail server kami yakni
relay SMTP ke ISP kami & gmail ternyata sukses dengan atau tanpa username &
pass SMTP Auth.

 

Kemudian kami test juga dengan menambahkan IP public server aplikasi
ticketing di MDaemon pada trusted IP, dynamic whitelist, SMTP authentication
whitelist kemudian mengosongkan kolom SMTP Auth Username &  SMTP Auth
Password pada aplikasi ticketing kami dan test config ternyata sukses "The
SMTP connection was successful"

 

Setelah itu outgoing email dari ticketing kami normal, namun ternyata tidak
100% normal, kendalanya disini ada sebagian email yang bisa terkirim &
sebagian yang tidak dengan mailbounce sbb:

Tidak ada yang khusus untuk W2K8, hanya perlu windows update selalu
dilakukan.
W2K8 ada masalah classic dengan Long Name Path (long folder name dan
file name) kalau belum/tidak diupdate, sehingga beberapa windows
command line tidak berjalan semestinya.
W2K8 masih pakai dos shell lama belum pakai Windows Powershell sebagai
default.

1.Salah setting di internet router/firewall sehingga outbound IP yang
digunakan MDaemon pakai 202.146.0.110.
