Masih pakai IP 202.146.0.110?
Tidak adakah yang bisa memperbaiki setting firewall/router itu?

MXtoolbox hanya mencheck DNS MX = incoming host/IP.
Untuk pengiriman mail receiver akan mencheck outbound IP.

PTR record yang benar harus memenuhi forward-confirm reverse DNS dan
unique (tidak duplicate)

kalo saya cek dari mxtoolbox, PTR nya sudah benar

Coba periksa outbound IP yang digunakan MDaemon dengan akses ke
http://whatismyip.com dari MDaemon server.

Beberapa firewall server menolak koneksi dari client yang tidak punya
PTR record, langsung ditolak saat koneksi pertama.

Mail tidak jadi dikirim oleh server mail.megatrukindoutama.com karena
message yang akan dikirim besarnya (60001081 byte ~ 58,594 MB) melebihi
limit server penerima smarthost.dutaint.com (3584 byte = 35 MB).

Minta sender compress dulu lampirannya (usahakan dibawah 30 MB) agar
message envelope size tidak melebihi 35 MB, lalu kirim ulang.
Atau lampirannya dikirim satu persatu, kalau memang ada lebih dari 1
lampiran.
Yang terbaik adalah upload dulu file lampiran ke googledrive, lalu kirim
linknya melalui email.

Agar kedepan tidak terjadi lagi, batasi smtp size di MDaemon untuk
pengiriman mail ke internet tidak lebih dari 35 MB.

karena di LAN kapasitas bandwidth bisa 1 - 10 GB dan gratis/free.
