Dear Pak Syafril, > Langsung saja install menimpa instalasi MDaemon yang ada. > Installer akan otomatis membuatkan backup configuration untuk keperluan > roolback (kembali ke versi sebelumnya) jika diperlukan. > Backup config disimpan di folder \\mdaemon\backup > Pastikan Windows update sudah dilakukan secara tuntas. Windows sudah full update Kemudian saya sudah coba upgrade dari ver 17.5.3 ke 21.0.3 dan proses upgrade berhasil dengan baik. Proses send/receive email di domain local juga lancar. Tetapi ternyata server mengalami problem karena koneksi ke relayhost duta tidak berhasil, padahal ping dan telnet ke port yg diminta bisa terkoneksi dengan baik ke relayhost. Karena koneksi ke relayhost tidak berhasil sehingga menyebabkan server tidak bisa send/receive email ke dan dari domain luar. Akhirnya karena problem tersebut tidak bisa solve maka saya harus rollback lagi ke versi 17.5.3 Setelah dikembalikan ke v17.5.3 maka mdaemon langsung berjalan dengan normal kembali tanpa ada setting apapun yg dirubah, Mohon informasinya bagaimana cara untuk mengatasi problem tersebut diatas?
