Provider apa yang kasih tahu itu?
Kok dia bisa tahu sementara Anda sendiri tidak?

Kalau yang dimaksud dengan provider itu ISP, mereka mestinya tidak bisa 
mendeteksi SMTP/IMAP/POP3 session menggunakan MRTG tools.

Periksa sendiri dari MDconfig Session | IMAP atau Session | POP3 atau 
Session | All.


Lihat juga reportnya dari Remote Administration | Report last 24 hours, 
7 days dst.

Kalau MDaemon diletakkan di DMX firewall umumnya hanya ada 1 NIC, dan

Untuk mengatasi hal itu maka perlu diaktifkan local DNS server agar LAN 
user akses ke MDaemon ke private IP (pengatifan intranet).
Tetapi karena pengaktifan Intranet relatif rumit, maka di MD 20.x 
disediakan fasilitas Dynamic Screen NAT exemption.

Dynamic Screening when one or more of the users fail authentication due to an
incorrect password. Without this feature, a valid user with a 
misconfigured  mail client could cause the LAN's IP address to be blocked and thus 
prevent all of the users from being able to access their mail. This could 
happen, for example, when a user's password changes but the user forgets to update 
a mail client with the new password.

Memangnya pakai Windows apa?
MD 22.0.x hanya bisa diinstall di windows 64 bit.



Pantas windows saya 32bit



Windows 32 bit hanya bisa akses physical RAM s.d 4 GB dan alokasi RAM 
untuk aplikasi maksimum adalah 2 GB.
Sekalipun jumlah RAM fisik/terpasang di server lebih dari 4 GB tidak 
bisa dimanfaatkan oleh OS.
Artinya RAM yang bisa digunakan oleh aplikasi MDaemon.exe maksimum 2 GB, 
itupun harus di share (berbagi pakai) untuk banyak aplikasi lain 
sehingga kalau trafik mail tinggi akan membuat akses mail dari user 
melambat.


Saran, ganti OS nya ke W10/W11 atau W2K19/W2K22 yang masa trialnya bisa 
180 hari dan bisa diperpanjang 6 kali sehingga bisa disiapkan budget 
pembeliannya  di tahun depan.
Kalau PC yang sekarang dipakai sudah pakai CPU 64 bit dan RAM bisa 
diupgrade ke 8 GB (preferable 16 GB) maka bisa tetap pakai PC yang ada.

[Mdaemon-L] Ada masalah di Mdaemon saya

Selamat Sore


Sudah 2 minggu ini mdaemon time out in lama dan menyebabkan email gagal 
buka.


Serta Remote IP bisa terjadi pengulangan dan banyak.


Mdemon tidak bisa melakukan update terbaru, saat ini saya pake 21.5.2


Demikian infor mohon di bantu.
