Hari ini incoming mail  koq banyak  yang  refuse by barracuda seperti di
bawah ini. Dan setelah saya cek di barracuda email sender host  tidak
termasuk dalam "poor reputation". Mohon pencerahan problem kami tersebut.

Apakah maksud sender  terdaftar di whitelist contact webmail akun
penerima ? karena user tidak mengguakan webmail untuk koresponden melainkan
user menggunakan Microsoft Outlook. Dimana settingya ya Pak kenapa email
akun penerima yang 1 ini melakukan bypass Outbreak Protection. Dan sender
sudah saya whitelist.

Dear Pak Syafril,

 

Ada sedikit yang aneh dengan salah satu customer yang mengirim dengan mail
address MAIL FROM: sebagian besar mail ditolak
dengan log berikut karena sender hostnya terindikasi buruk reputasinya
(spam). Akan tetapi  salah satu user kami (lenny...@blw-mscid.com) menerima
dengan baik email dari sender tersebut dengan log smtp-in berikut. Yang saya
tanyakan adalah kenapa user kami ada yang terima dan ada yang tidak. Mohon
pencerahan akan hal kami berikut dan mohon saran dan pencerahan akan hal
kami berikut. Terima kasih

Hari ini salah satu user kami menerima email dengan subject yang sama
berkali-kali Pak dari salah satu sender j...@msc-asia.com dan serpertinya
sender mengirimkan ke mailing list sched...@blw-mscid.com seperti berikut :

Dear Pak Syafril,

 

Saya melihat log SMTP di MD kami seperti  berikut dari user kami yang
mengirim ke : mgargi...@mscsorrento.com  ,  sepertinya email tersebut selalu
mencoba untuk transmite namun selalu terhenti di remote queue. Apakah
masalah ini berasal dari koneksi server penerima yang lambat atau firewall
mereka yang melakukan bloking  incoming mail dari kami Pak. Mohon
pencerahnya atas hal berikut dan solusi jalan keluarnya bagaimana Pak,
mengingat email tersebut kami rasa penting.
