Windows nya 2008R2 64 bit Pak
> Untuk security plus saat ini masih menggunakan versi 4.5.1
>Wah tua sekali versi Securityplusnya :-)

- Upgrade ke Securityplus 5.5.2-32bit
ftp://ftp.dutaint.com/altn-securityplus/av552_en.exe
- Ganti IP binding di Domain manager

IPv4 address: 127.0.0.1
- Lakukan backup configuration melalui MDconfig menu Files | Backup
configuration files.
- hasil backupnya ada di folder \\mdaemon\backup\
Di Server baru
- pastikan Windows update sudah dilakukan dengan tuntas.
- install MD 19.5.1 32-bit di server baru untuk mendapatkan Trial key.
- uninstall MD 19.5.1 di server baru, lalu setelah reboot install MD 15.5.1
-32bit, gunakan trial key yang didapat sebelumnya.
Boleh ngasal, yang penting drive path harus persis sama dengan drive path
instalasi MDaemon di server lama.
- restore file backupconfig dari server lama ke server baru saat MDaemon
service
stop.
- {optional} start MDaemon lalu ganti isian license keynya dengan trial key
tadi
melalui MDconfig menu help | Register your MDaemon Software | MDaemon.
Jika langkah optional ini tidak dilakukan maka install securityplus 5.5.2-
32bit.
- stop MDaemon service dan restore dari server lama untuk folder
\\mdaemon\users
- Upgrade ke MD 19.5.1- 32bit, setelah itu upgrade lagi ke MD 19.5.1- 64bit.
- Masukkan original License Key ke server baru melalui MDconfig menu Help |
Register your MDaemon software.

Mail masuk ke holding umumnya karena ada masalah di SecurityPlus atau Antispam. Saat ada masalah itu MDaemon akan menginformasikan ke postmaster account alias mengenai alasan persisnya. Jadi periksa ke message notification itu. Dear Pak Syafril, Sudah ketemu root causenya Pak, ternyata masalahnya adalah securityplus yang gagal update.
