melihat smtp-in log server mereka (kalau RIM berkenan memberikan).

BB handheld itu menggunakan dynamic IP, berubah terus IPnya, jadi tidak
bisa dijadikan patokan.

Saat menggunakan BIS (baik MD BIS maupun BIS konvensional) maka handheld
akan connect ke RIM BIS server menggunakan (semacam) VPN connection,
sementara kalau pakai MD BES maka BB handheld connect secara VPN ke
MDaemon BES server.
Dengan demikian deteksi yang benar berdasarkan authentication, khususnya
smtpauth.

Pakai O/S apa?
