Yang direject adalah kirim mail ke bukan ke . Betul Pak, saya salah ketik waktu kirim, yang di reject adalah yang ke herman_darma...@indosat.blackberry.com Coba di test kirim mail langsung ke herman_darma...@indosat.blackberry.com mestinya akan direject dengan error yang sama. Saya kirim email menggunakan eddiiie...@telkomsel.blackberry.com mendapatkan error yang sama Pak Idle timer time out nya terlalu kecil tuh, mestinya DNS lookup timer time outnya diantara 45 - 60 seconds. Dear Pak Iwan, Dari pengalaman kami sejak upgrade ke 11.0.3, dengan fitur BIS diaktifkan, folder selain Inbox (fitur BIS standard dari operator hanya push folder Inbox) bisa di push juga. Untuk push folder yang diinginkan bisa di setting melalui Worldclient options. Dan, setelah mengaktifkan fitur BIS, integrated account akan terisi otomatis hanya dengan me-register ulang email anda ke Blackberry device nya(remove dan add lagi dari email setup). Pak Syafril, Saya coba pakai LogicMail 1.0.4 di 8310 os 4.5.0.81 menggunakan provider XL Setting sudah benar untuk IMAP dan SMTP nya. Tapi ketika saya coba connect muncul error Unable to reopen connection. Masalahnya di provider atau handset ya Pak. Di application permission untuk connection sudah saya allow, bukan custom. [MDaemon-L] Blackberry tidak bisa Send dan Receive
Kami pakai MDaemon 9.6.4, IMAP, POP3 semuanya berjalan normal. Mail server berada dibelakang firewall, port 143, 25, 110 kami open. Menggunakan Blackberry saya semua account email bisa send dan receive. Ada beberapa Blackberry yang tidak bisa send dan receive, menurut providernya karena email tersebut not accessible by Blackberry Device. Hal ini bergantian dan kadang-kadang bisa sendiri tanpa kami rubah, tapi kemudian tidak bisa lagi. Apakah ada pembatasan akses IMAP untuk concurrent user ?
