Sore pak, Yang kirim dari local user ke email perusahaan lain, sendernya MDaemon. Terlampir smtp-out log. Maaf lancang, mencoba menjawab. Hostname di RFC 952 dan RFC 1123 bilang bahwa underscore bukan merupakan valid hostname. Menurut saya, new_narnia.clipan.co.id tidak RFC-compliant sehingga ada beberapa server yang sangat strict seperti yang dipakai oleh cbn.net.id menolak koneksi. Menggunakan Text Processor). kalau diinginkan agar log tampilannya tidak rusak (mesh up), bisa dicopy and paste ke notepad (text editor) dan disimpan dalam format plain text (*.txt) lalu dilampirkan (attached). Mail ini ditolak karena FQDN host yang digunakan MDaemon Anda tidak mengikuti standar/regulasi internet mail. Menurut kaidah internet mail nama host/server tidak boleh pakai karakter garis_bawah (underscore). Diganti saja isian FQDN host di MDaemon Sudah kami ganti pak, kami tidak sadar pada saat restore mail server dahulu tidak kami ganti nama mail server kami. Dan hal ini dikarenakan tidak masalah karena pengiriman email selalu sukses dan baru 1 bulan ini kami korespondensi dengan panin insurance baru mengalami hal ini. Terima kasih pak atas bantuannya.
