Sebenarnya agak aneh juga mail direject dengan alasan SPF, karena policy SPF domain novellpharm.com adalah "Neutral" yang "intended action" nya = accept; mungkin ada masalah DNS resolver di back end servernya http://www.openspf.org/SPF_Record_Syntax akan tetapi untuk amannya dihapus sajalah SPF record itu dan test sending ulang mailnya.
