Gunakan monospace font yg umum digunakan orang akan lebih baik, agar apa yg tampil dilayar Anda tidak beda jauh dengan yg tampil di layar penerima. Kalau pakai font aneh-2x malah tampil garbage di penerima karena font tsb tidak terinstall di PC penerima. Character set bisa pakai ISO-8859-1 atau pakai UTF-8 kalau ingin menggunakan huruf-2x non-ascii (misalkan Japanese, Chinese, Korean text). Batasi lebar line jangan lebih dari 65 characters per line, karena umumnya email client default editornya berkisar antara 65 - 72 saja; kalau terlalu lebar akan otomatis di wrap oleh email client yg fancy sehingga malah tampil buruk saat diview penerima. Pak Syafril, Untuk format font dan justify (rata kanan, rata kiri, center) pada domain signatures bisa tidak diubah? jadi bukan format defaultnya, misalnya utk kalimat-kalimatnya kita dapat mengubah ukuran dan jenis fontnya, terus justifynya kita ubah menjadi rata kanan-kiri.
