Sudah sudah saya sesuaikan Pak. Clock di ADDC server kami sepertinya kecepatan.

Sudah terkirim dengan sukses.
Server penerima mail.mscdam.com (berupa proxy server) sudah
mengkonfirmasi hal itu.

Semua recipient tidak terima atau hanya beberapa diantaranya?

Kalau semua tidak terima, minta mereka periksa mailnya lewat webmail ke
spam folder (kalau ada), jika tidak ketemu maka tanyakan ke pengelola
mail server kemana sebenarnya mail tersebut disimpan.

User kami ada mengirim email dan kami tidak menerima  undelivery mail error
dan smtp-out log  nya sebagai berikut. Yang saya tanyakan adalah apakah
email berikut  sudah terdelivery ke penerima atau tidak ? . Dan dari
pembicaran via tlp barusan mereka tidak menerima email yang kami kirim
tersebut. Mohon bantuan advisenya untuk hal berikut. Terima kasih
