Thanks linknya, ya masalah hanya utk seputar download file dari browser 
krn akan download dari source terdekat dari DNS server.

Sebenarnya ada Open DNS server yang lain

(web/http cache) akan ada masalah untuk akses dan download file dari
situs yang mengaktifkan nearest server location (seperti akamai service
yang banyak digunakan korporasi besar macam microsoft, yahoo (dulu)
termasuk Alt-N). maka akses/download file menjadi lebih lambat dibanding
menggunakan DNS servernya ISP.

Yang kedua, akses ke OpenDNS pasti lebih lama responsenya dibanding
akses ke DNS ISP (apalagi dibanding local DNS server), jadi idle timer
time out untuk DNS resolver perlu lebih tinggi.
